- Custom Battle Log Text
Are you tired of RM’s boring default battle log? Want to change when the enemy’s name and user’s name appears or just not appear at all? This script is for that purpose.
This will be added to the blog pages soon, but for now, enjoy the RMN link.
I know I haven’t been updating much, but for the curious here’s what I’ve been doing the past few months!
- The Release of RPG Maker 2003
The engine that totally destroyed me during localization process. Thank you very much to Cherry and Cy for all the help and support they had given.
- Art Commissions
I had been doing art commissions due to personal reasons and needing funds ASAP. I have an RMW thread and a Blog link for the curious. While the queue is not updated (have a hard time updating it), I’m trying to find a site that will show my availability, we’ll see.
- Another super secret project

- Free Resources Streak
I started a Streak to release a new resource at the very least, weekly, to post on this blog. I used the site linked above to remind me how many days I have left. Hopefully I’ll succeed!
I’ve been talking to one of my friends, JosephSeraph, and we’ll be doing some collab releases. I have to set everything up first and make sure everyone can see his fantastic icons and tiles :3

Yami’s website, Symphonyan/Symphoria is down for the moment. Stuff happened. For those who want to access Yami’s materials, head over the Github and get them there for the time being! The Manual can be accessed over here.
I’ve been getting some inquiries about Luna Engine, I know we’re taking a while but it’s just that massive the script is confusing our testers with the explanation of the commands. We’re still trying to nail how to make it really accessible!
And a Work-In-Progress by rhyme. :D
There are missing features being currently implemented, but just a few to note thanks to the lovely rhyme:
- The gold window doesn’t have much config options, and it defaults to VL Gothic instead of the system font.
- Also options to use things like: normal_color and system_color would be really nice!
- There is no option to create a Location window or a custom variable window?
- There also seems to be no option to assign each window a custom windowskin.
So yes, as much as we want to release it, we do want to perfect it. Because believe me, redoing your configs is not fun.

Secondly, for the donation, there are a few people who donated and asked for Personality Swap! I’ve been thinking on how to go on about it for a while, when someone suggested Evil RTP Heroes. I believe it was Scythuz. I’m going to update as soon as things settle down, but for now, it’s up there!

It’s not much but it’s still better than nothing!

Typhoon Haiyan, one of the most powerful storms ever recorded, entered the Philippines on November 6th and caused devastating damage throughout the region. It was so intense that it is a huge challenge for our country to recover from it.
I decided to do the following for my homeland. Please be patient with me. Here are the benefits everyone will receive for donating.
- I will be doing a personality swap of our existing resources. So it means you can have an arrogant Ralph, a shy Ralph, etc.
- I could finish my VX RTP -> VXAce Conversion faster.
- I’m doing a Let’s Play/Try livestream after the 21st.
- I will be making some sideview sprites based on Vibrato’s and Holder’s (if he give me permission) sprites. This is my personal contribution and based on the RTP. By donating to charities, that will be listed later, and I will create more sprites.
- I will be prioritizing requests from people who donated. All I need is proof which will be detailed below.
Remember that the above resources to be made are for everyone’s use, this is not a commission but an act of good will.

What do I need to do?
- Donate to the listed charities above.
- Send me a screenshot/receipt of your donation at my e-mail, visustella[at]gmail.com (at should be @).
- Make sure the title is, “Nessy, I donated!”
- Pick one of the things you saw in my list that you want me to do.
I will be tallying based on the most demand. For example, 15 people donated for sideview and 10 people for Personality swap. I will be doing a sideview sprite first THEN personality swaps. Based on the amount of donations, I will be updating this blog again on how many I can do and such. I will be doing this until the End of December. If I somehow got busy and couldn’t I’ll make it to the target goal, then it will move to January or something. It’s definitely a priority work.

I added a new script in the scripts section called Icon and Face Utility. I merely translated it. The script originally came from Half a Life. The site’s terms allow distribution as long as the script’s copyrights are retained. Now I can make facesets for all my materials easily haha.
